I just made this beautiful tart with Stillmans Farm blueberries and Still Life Farm apricots and currants. If I had had raspberries on the counter, I would have used them too! A simple butter crust, partially baked and then pile in fruit, bake 30 minutes, sprinkle with extra sugar, bake another 15 minutes. Yum. A natural for a big scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Posted from my phone, so excuse errors.
